Setup
Login as user.
Browse to Settings - Security and check Enable TOTP.
Scan QR code with a compatible TOTP authenticator app and enter the TOTP one-time code shown in the authenticator app bellow the QR code.
Print out/save (KeePass) the fail safe Backup codes with Generate backup codes.
Check if all authentication with mobile apps work. If not generate a app password. And configure it on the app.
App password
Browse to Settings - Security. Look in section Devices & sessions.
Add an app name according the last login session of the app you want to set an app password.
Press to create/view the new app password.
Configure your app with the shown password. Remember it.
